We went in October and had a great evening. We made our ADR for 8:30 so that we could be there for the live entertainment. We were seated directly in front of the stage and I was afraid it would be too loud, but it was perfect. Danielle, the Irish Step Dancer performs periodically during band breaks after 9 PM, She comes on about every 15 - 20 minutes for a short set, then the band picks right back up. She is very talented and we loved watching her.
The band is great and we had a great time.
The food was excellent and our server was too, attentive but not hovering, just right. Since we lingered after dinner, he was aware of when DH or DS or I wanted and adult beverage refill.

Just right.
I had the Seared Steak Salad for an appetizer. It was very good. If I had realized How Much steak was in the salad I never would have ordered the Serious Sirloin Steak as my entree. It too was very good and cooked exactly as ordered.
DH and DS shared the Scallop Forest - forks of scallops served with a lime dipping sauce for an appetizer and declared it to be great.
DH had the Keen Eye for the Sheperds Pie - We give the traditional Shepherd's Pie (prime beef and lamb) a much-needed makeover with our contemporary twist to this favorite dish, which he enjoyed very much.
DS had the Sod... The Stew - It's beef stew infused with a hint of Guinness, and it was great. I wish I had ordered this.
I was too full for desert, but they ordered the bread pudding and loved it.
This was one of our favorite nights during our trip, and we will return.
