Radiator Springs FP

So we're going next week to DLR and my husband has never been to RS. We will be going first thing in the morning, and in a perfect would, we would like to get Fast Passes for sometime after sunset. I know the FPs get taken up early, but can someone give me a vague idea of what time those FPs will be given out?

The FP's generally last a few hours in the morning.
What you might want to do the next few days is check the Otto info line. You can call and see how the FP timing is going for a few days.

Check around 11am-1130am, but my guess would be 12pm for a night ride. Remember that it doesn't get dark until 7pm during the summer in California.

It depends on the crowd level.When we were there for Dapper Day , mid week , the early eveninig FPs for RSR were passes out around 3pm. They post the Return Times on a sign board above the entrance to the FP machines. Mid morning I got a feel for how fast they were going , came back early afternoon to check again, then around 2:30 I sat on the bench across from the FP entrance and waited until the sign board showed 7:30 pm FPs being passed out.

When we were there last month, during Spring Break, the evening FP's for RSR were being pulled around 10am and all were gone before Noon.

We just kept checking the Return Time on the board until the return time was at a time after dark and would pull them then.

We love RSR after dark......have fun!

If you're going next week, the FP may hold out for a while (unless it's the weekend). Remember you can get FP for RSR in the morning and then go back later and get them for the evening.
