I can't believe we are doing this, but plans fell through with family so we decided to change a few things.
We are adding 3 nights at the RRP before our two week trip. That means we are there for Thanksgiving. I'm still in shock that DH went for this. He knows from what I have said from these boards at how crazy WDW can be at T-day time.
We didn't want to spend a ton of money on the hotel (a ton is being spent on the T-day buffet at "Fresh" in the Dolphin
) so we decided to go with the RRP for $59 for Wed. and Thur. and then $87 for Friday. I didn't think this was too bad. I hope we can make it for 3 nights in a hotel room without killing one another. It sure will be nice when we get to the 2 bedroom condo at Vistana Saturday!
Do you think this was a good option for us? At this point, so much is already taken and we are a family of 5 so that hurts us also.
Any other pointers, advice?? I'm a little nervous but excited.
