on friday we walked 7 miles and then cycled 8.
my mum and sister dropped dead after the walk so me and my dad cycled 4 times around the racecourse

actually i can try but i can't really do it (only on the words with "a" because we pronounce them with an "ar" sound and you pronounce them with an "ah" or "ay" sound...)
