ok so it was the match that if ric flair lost he had to retire but if triple h lost he was out of the royal rumble. so triple h had just pedigreed ric flair and was about to pin him when william regal jumped in and punched ric flair in the head with brass knucks and the match was stopped and triple h was DQ'ed that was what happened
