so my ankle is now swollen and blue on the inside and has a bump below it. we can't decide wether it's sprained or wether it's due to my bowed knee flat feet and hypermobile joints(in other words i've always had something wrong with my hips that shows in my knees that causes pain in my ankle somehow, i used to go to this clinic for it but they dismissed me 2 years ago i may have to go back now:[)
