We are staying at Pop Century the end of this month - will I be able to use RAC for our Southwest flight?

Thanks,
Tammy

As far as I know, SWA is still doing the RAC test pilot at the values and you should be able to use the service as a result. The pilot could be ended or expanded at any time, however, but there has been no indication that either is imminent.

When we stayed there in October it was great.

We checked in on my BlackBerry at the 24 hour mark. The morning of our flight, our boarding passes and luggage tags were hanging on our door. I placed the tags on the luggage per the instructions and took them down to RAC. Since I already had my tags on, didn't even need to wait in line. (Just had to show ID)

we had the same experience. loved it!

we also used Early Bird Check in for the trip home so didn't even have to do that. I love RAC!!!

I'm thinking of doing Early Bird Check for the trip home as well. So if I've got it straight, with Early Bird I don't have to check in at all prior to my trip home (it's done automatically with preferred boarding level)? And if I let RAC know I've done this they will leave my boarding passes and luggage tags hanging on my door in the morning? Sounds to good to be true (but it is Disney so I could believe it!).

Btw how do people with a Blackberry or other such device check in 24 prior?

anything. The boarding passes & luggage tags were waiting without any prompting from me!! As to how people check in, concierge desk at any resort and guest services at any park will check you in. At Epcot, they even have a private little room they show you into with a computer and a printer!
