Ok, I am going to play devil's advocate here...because I'm just like that.

I think that when guys pants are a little teeny bit too loose (NOT below their butt or anything weird/gangsta' like that), and the very top of their boxers show...it's actually kinda cute...

I totally agree with u it is very cute, now i dont wear my pants like that, but when other guys do it it is very attractive. lol
