DTD is my favorite place for shopping! and EoS is delicious, I love it there

Mmm, Earl of Sandwich is so good! I usually get the kids sandwich and even those are huge! LOL.

Shopping at DTD is always awesome.

It is, I love it there! The kids sandwich aren't that much smaller then the adult portions, they are huge!

I love EoS! I am not a big sandwich eater but I love their bread and sauce mix...they also have awesome salads!

WoD is probably my favorite store at WDW! But its always so crowded in there. Was is crowded when you guys were there?

Im not that into sandwiches, so I normally get a salad when I go to EoS, there salads are amazinng!

I do enjoy going to WoD, but my favorite store at WDW would have to be Mouse Gears or The Emporium

April 7th
Day 3
Polynesian Resort

We said goodbye to DTD and hoped onto the bus going to the Poly

We stepped off the bus, and we were "home" again! The first thing I noticed, was the smell of the Poly. Even being outside, it still had its own smell to it, and it was wonderful!

I absolutly love the signs at the Poly

**Sorry I didn't take a lot of pics here, it was so dark out! But, I'll have tons more Poly pics this summer, I'm sure we'll walk the path from the GF to the Poly a few times**

My dad and uncle had gotten drinks (beers) and were waiting for us (so was DC4).

My mom had told my aunt before about the Mai Tai drinks at the bar by 'Ohana.

So, I tagged a long with them... for a certain reason...
I'll give you a few hints...
-It's a snack
-The Poly has them!
-They're way better then normal icecream...

Yes, a dolewhip!

When we stayed at the Poly this past summer, I would always run down the Captain Cooks, give the cashire my card, get my cup, get my dolewhip, then walk back to our room and relax while eating!

So, we stopped at CC's to get my dolewhip, then we headed up the stairs of the Great Ceremonial Building, and up to the bar.

I took a seat at the waiting area while my mom and aunt went to get their drinks.

I must have thought that guy/wood thing was interesting... I have two more pics of him on my photobucket... I think I thought his face coming out of the wood was cool... I don't remember

OOPS- Now I remember why I took that pic! I had read on someone else's TR (I forgot whose...) that they had saw one of these guys and thought it was cool he had his toungue sticking out!

I guess you can kind of see the side of his tongue thats stuck out

So, I waited a while for my mom and aunt. I got some weird looks from the 'Ohana CM's... they were probably wondering why I was sitting there, eating a dolewhip, all alone.

Soon my mom and aunt came back, with their drinks (they didn't get it in the pineapple thing, they got it in to-go cups)

We sat there for a couple of minutes, before heading back down to the beach for the 10 o'clock fireworks! Well, actually we took a quick stop to look into the gift shop. My aunt hadn't brought my cousin's flipflops, and they both really wanted some, and they hadn't had any when we were at WoD, so we looked to see if the Poly did... and they did!

Aren't they cute? I want some now, but in pink or purple

I was glad I was able to enjoy the fireworks this time. What with having a migraine last time.

After the fireworks, the kids played around on the beach.
I made my mom take a pic of us on the swing:

We decided to take the monorail back to MK...
But I couldn't leave without taking a pic with this guy!
