Quiet places to take a break

I know there is a first aid centre in the parks but I'm thinking I may need some unplanned chill out time. I usually feel better after an hour or two. We're off site and a little while away, so it may not be easy or worth it go all the way back for a quick rest. I know anyone can visit any of the resorts and wondered if anyone could recommend a particularly one to sit and just relax? I'm aware that you obviously can't use the pools but maybe a chair in the shade or a sofa in the lobby?

Thanks in advance.

In epcot, there are several quiet areas at world showcase. My favorite is morrocco, towards the back there's an inside area with some seating, very pretty and quiet

The hotel lobbies have nice and cool places to sit, but most are busy with people coming and going. I was going to suggest some of the oldies like Hall of Presidents, Carousel of Progress. While its not inside, Tom Sawyers island can be out of the way.

In the MK area, we found the Poly to be the quietest resort. We did an afternoon monorail loop around the resorts one trip.

At EPCOT, you could walk over to the Beach Club, but as redberyl mentioned, there are lots of quiet places around World Showcase, and some nooks in Future World as well.

AK - take a bus to AKL, and hang out in their lobby. It's amazing and I think their music is the best.

DHS - a boat ride full circle? The boats are outside the gates, take you to 3 resorts, then EPCOT, and then the 3 resorts again, then back to DHS.

I am at the magic kingdom
Right now and it is farly crowded and the tomorrow land tarrest is very nice and in the shade and cool.

I love going to the Grand Floridian. There are wonderful places to chill out in the lobby and outside.

I would consider going to a less popular quick service restaurant at any of the parks and just slowly have a drink. You can do tap water for free.
