Quicksilver Trip Report

I just wanted to take a minute to give a strong recommendation for the services of Gregory Nicolas and Quicksilver Transportation. We booked our transfer to and from WDW with Gregory, and he was very friendly and helpful in advance. We were meeting a friend –Trixy - at the airport, and Gregory was there to meet her. Just a few minutes later we arrived, and were met by both of their smiling faces. He took us directly to claim our bags, and assisted us with them. Gregory took us outside, and had his beautiful Cadillac there in no time. He somehow managed to get our massive amounts of luggage into the trunk, and then took us off to our free 30 minute grocery stop. Once we arrived at the Contemporary Resort, we arranged for our return time with Quicksilver, and also added a return trip for Trixy who was returning at a different time.

Gregory was at the Contemporary Resort to pick us up at the appointed time. He even offers a free phone call, and a Polaroid picture which we asked him to pose in with us. Once back to MCO, Gregory assisted us with our luggage at the curbside check in, and thanked us for using his service.

I’ve used two other town car services in the past, but none were as helpful and friendly as Quicksilver. They go above and beyond the expected level of customer service. Not only was our ride safe, easy, and efficient, but Gregory is one friendly guy too. I like the fact that he is working hard to develop good customer satisfaction, and he is always willing to answer any questions you may have.

Thanks Quicksilver! You are definitely my transportation company of choice.

I'll second that -- very impressed with Gregory Nicolas and Quicksilver. I had booked a surprise birthday dinner for my wife at the Contemporary Resort and i usually drive everywhere but i thought time for a few glasses of wine lol so i booked Gregory to pick us up at OKW and returns us there later on in the evening. At OKW we arrived at the lobby about before we were due to be pick and there he was waiting on us and the same at the Contemporary after our meal. My wife was very impressed 1st class service Gregory - great website too

I can't see where there would be any problems. Quicksilver is a full service transportation company. Gregory is not their only driver, just the owner, and the person I dealt with when making reservations. I'll definitely use them again!
