What is ultimately the quickest way to get from MCO (airport) to the POLY?

I'd say taxi is the quickest.

Not trying to debate this, but this assumes you know how to get to where you are going. I've done both many times ( cab and car ) and even if you do know where you are going, a rental car probably isn't any quicker than a cab in real terms, ie a few minutes either way. But you will have the car while you're at the Poly if this is important to you.
