Quickest way to the gates?

It's crunch time now and my game plan is getting there. This is the first of a few q's I have. We are staying at the Beach Club and I want to make sure that we make every rope drop in the mornings. My question is, what is the quickest way from our hotel to:
1. MK
2. Epcot
3. AK
4. DS

Thanks for all the tips so far. T minus 59 hours and ticking.

2. Epcot - Go out the back door, turn left, and walk about 3 minutes.
3. AK - Bus
4. DS - Boat or walk.

When I stayed at the BC (just me and dd at 10 mos), I drove to MK and AK. I didn't want to struggle with a stroller, bags, and a baby getting in/off bus. Epcot, I walked and DS I took the boat. Thought boat took a long time but it was a nice trip.

But was it any easier getting the stroller on and off the tram and the boat/monorail?

Thats the reason most people take the bus to MK even if they have a car.

Its also quicker.
