Quickest way to Peter Pan at rope drop?

does anyone know which is the best route if you have a stroller to park?
It also depends on what you are doing after Peter Pan, and how much your kids can walk (or be carried). If you are, for instance, doing Pooh or moving on to Tomorrowland after Peter Pan, it might be better to go through the castle, park the strollers by the carousel, and walk to Peter Pan. This way, you can pick the strollers up on the way to your next ride, instead of backtracking to Rapunzel.

thanks.....I'm still planning (or keep changing my plan...LOL) but, that's probably what I'll do...park it depending on where I go after PP

Thanks! This is really helpful!

Also, OP, just for reference. When we went last Easter (MK day the Saturday before Easter), we got to MK a little after rope drop, went in, took some pictures as we wandered down Main Street. Went through the castle (still looking and gawking), and went to Peter Pan's stand-by line. We had a 15 minute wait, which was kind of perfect to get to enjoy the queue.

I know things are different now that they let people into Main Street ahead of official park opening though, so our experience might not hold true anymore. Basically I feel like we hit a sweet spot when the rope drop stampede had dispersed into the park but the normal day crowds had not yet arrived.

We rope dropped Magic kingdom on 4/25. We arrived about 8:15, had our picture taken on Main st, looking towards the castle, then grabbed a quick breakfast at Starbucks and ate it at one of the little tables outside the Plaza. We were still able to get to the second row behind the rope at the left side of the castle. It only took about a minute after the morning show for them to let us in. We walked through the castle, and only had to wait about 3-4 minutes to board Peter Pan. The line for Winnie the Pooh was a bit longer, about 10 minutes, then we were just in time to utilize our FP for 7dmt which began at 9:20.
I don't think that we would have gotten to PP any sooner walking the other way. The longer walk contradicts the few moments it takes for them to let you through the castle.

Oh, this is another thing to think about. We are doing Pooh right after.

And I also forgot I'm doing it on an EMH morning so I bet we can only go in through the right of the castle. @yulilin3 any idea on this?

Ariel,
We just got back....last Friday we were there for EMH....went straight to PPan and walked right on!!!

They held resort guest to the right of the castle. When they allowed us in, we followed people down a small path, just over the bridge, that came out between the Castle & Fairytale Hall. We parked our stroller next to the Carrousel (which is closed for refurb right now).
