Quickest way from YC to SSR?

DVC family of six. We're arriving on Sat. the 12th at YC for one night from there it's off to SSR for the remainder of the trip. What would be the best way to get to SSR from YC? I was thinking bus to DTD then bus to SSR would that be the best way to do it?

The bus from DTD to SSR stops multiple places befroe getting to SSR. The best way is probably bus from YC to Epcot, then bus directly to SSR.

Certainly there are multiple romantic routes to take. The boat from DTD is nice if you are not in a hurry.

There is always a taxi if the need arrises.

Your options using WDW transportation are to take a bus from YC to DD and then another to SSR or a bus from YC to any Theme Park and then another to SSR. I'd think in most cases, going to DD would be the fastest. YC has no bus transport to Epcot or DHS - only boat transportation and that would also work.

Depending on the time schedule you have, a taxi might also be wisest and the cost should not be too much since the resorts are not too far apart. You should have the YC bell staff take care of your luggage and transport that to SSR for you so you can just take carry-ons with you. I've seen bus drivers deny transport to those trying to bring all of their luggage with them.

You can also take the boat to DHS and then the bus to SSR. The buses are right there when you get off the boat at DHS, much closer than walking to the buses at EPCOT.

You may already have made your decision, but, I'd also add a vote for walking to DHS and then taking a bus to SSR. We really enjoy the walk along the river.

Also, make sure you have Bell Services transfer your luggage if you are planning any of the WDW transportation options since luggage isn't allowed on the buses.

Ah, the key word = FREE.

In the daytime, if you catch the bus to SSR at the Marketplace you will probably still have to go to the PI stop and Typhoon Lagoon. I'd go to a theme park - if you don't want to walk to Studios, walk to Swan/Dolphin and take the boat to Studios if you are not hauling a lot of stuff with you, then bus from Studios to SSR. If the bus goes to Grandstand at SSR first, get out there and walk to the main building.

The boats and buses are not set up for luggage! Have YC transfer your big luggage to SSR.
