Quickest way from HS to Fort Wilderness and Back to HS

We are going to HS early entry this Sunday. We will drive because we have Handicap parking. We would like to take a break and go back to Fort Wilderness and would like to leave our car at HS because parking will be at a premium. What is the best and quickest way to do this without using our car? Are there buses that run from HS to Fort Wilderness and back or do we have to go to the transportation center by MK?

Yes there are buses, but just to the parking lot/ check-in area, aka the Outpost. You will need to take an internal shuttle bus to your campsite.

That's the target, but not 100% reliable.

Quickest way would be Minnie Van, they can drop off and pick up at your site/cabin, not sure of cost though, never used it.
