quickest routes to parks from WL?

My DH and I will be staying at the WL this September and I wanted to find out the quickest routes to all the different parks. I know we can take the boat to the MK, but what do you recommend for Epcot, MGM, Typhoon Lagoon and DTD?

No car...we will be using Disney transportation.

My favorite way to get to Epcot is to ride the Crockett bus to the Transportation Center and take the monorail. I'm not sure if it's as quick as taking the bus that goes directly to Epcot, but it's a lot of fun. Last time we visited, the WL bus also stopped at Poly and GF, so it took awhile to get to the parks on the buses, but I'm not sure if this has changed since then (I hope so). With this being the case, I think the monorail option is probably just as quick as the Epcot bus.

There are direct buses to MGM as well as to AK from the bus stop. Once again, not sure if they still stop at Poly and GF like they used to.
