Wade (concierge desk) at Coronado Springs awarded me a dream and he wasn't even on the Dream squad!
After a horrible visit at POR (more details on this later) Wade was able to give my family an amazing room at Coronado Springs for the remainder of our vacation.
He was the pinnacle of Disney customer service and it truly felt like I had received a dream without the Dream squad.
