Quick Service Opening Times

I have seen 11 am listed as the opening times for many of the QS locations in parks. Any experience as to whether this is accurate? Do they tend to open any early or is it right at 11am? I have a weird family that eats very early and I am trying to see if I need to make alternate plans. My son is eating lunch right now and it is 9:30am.

I have 3 teens that have been known to indulge in "second supper" We tour commando so we grab a granola bar 6-7am , lunch is 11 and all our ADR's are pretty early (5ish) so we are back at the park in time for fireworks or we have a quiet evening in the pool...all that to say that YES most QS open just before 11 am - it's a great strategy for beating the lines!
