It will just be my DD and I but she wants to go get more glowing ice cubes so I thought I'd make a PS but I want to sit in a car. Do they have cars for two? I don't really want to sit at a table.

I think they might seat you with others if there are only 2 of you. Not sure about this, but I think I read it here before.

Yes, there were just 2 in our party also, we sat in the first row of a 3-row car. Another family sat in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. But it was cool, the atmosphere was great.

My mom and I were seated in the back seat with another family in the front. :)

Just so you know, the glowing ice cubes are also available at the 50s Primetime Cafe, which has (JMO) way better food and a REALLy fun atmosphere. Very campy. Eat your veggies and mind your manners or you'll have to deal with "Mom!"

lol

:cool1:

Too funny, Renindetroit. I think you and I would never run into each other dining in WDW. We ate at 50's once and that was enough. The food and service were subpar. Our experience at Sci-Fi (which I was initially against because it just didn't sound like my thing) was awesome! I think there are so many variables that go into a dining experience and depending on yours, you either can't wait to get back or won't ever go again.

Yes, we are ones who love Sci Fi, but after trying 50's didn't like it, tryed it again, STILL didn't like it. :)
Everyone has different opinions.
You will sit in a car with other people, you might ask when you check in to sit in the front section of the car. If you do, you will not even notice you have people behind you.

I agree, when you check in I would definately ask to sit in the front seat of the car. My DH and I went and we had to sit in the 3rd row with another family the 1st and 2nd. They were talking back and forth and we kind of felt odd. :rolleyes1 Sort of like a third wheel.

The glowing ice cubes are fun, and now they're showing up at party supply stores. It's kind of fun to surprise the kids with one at home, it really reminds them of WDW...

I've found them at local party supply stores, and at lots of online shops by doing a search on "lite cubes". They run around $3 each most places. I think I'm going to get some to use on summer evenings around the pool, just for fun. :sunny:

No kidding? I'll have to keep my eyes out for them. They played with those things for days. And if they are $3 a piece, it makes the price of the drink pretty reasonable indeed :)
