quick reservation question

I am going to attempt to make an ADR or two (don't worry, I am not holding my breath since it is so late in the game)

One night, my dh may or may not be with us...if I book a ressie for 4, can I cancel one person if he isn't going to make it, or would I have to cancel the whole thing?

I wouldn't even worry about it until you get there. If you are only losing one person, you will still need a table that can seat four for the three remaining. Just tell them the final number when you get there and check in.
