Quick questions, haven't been to US/IOA in years

Last time we had kids now we have teens.

They are into the thrill rides now so plan on letting them go off, I will be more leisurely and probably get stuck holding everything.

Is it worth taking water bottles into the parks? If so, can we refill them and where do you do that?

Should we take a small backpack to carry them? Is it better to use the lockers around the park or go with the all day ones at the front?

We are staying on site, first time, no express pass at CBBR, but will have early entry. Anything further we should know about that? I know we get in an hour early, should we take bus or our car?

What do people do for breakfast w/ the early entry? Eat before leaving or get something at the parks?

Can adults order off the kids menus?

Trying to make this as hassle free as possible. Thanks.

We just get free cups of water from the kiosks around the parks, but you can bring a water bottle in and then refill it, either at manned kiosks or at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines.

I always wear a drawstring backpack in the parks. The ride lockers are easy to use and are free for the rides that require you to stow your stuff.

I would take the bus. Why pay to park again at the park when you've already paid to park at the hotel?

Whatever you prefer! There are places you can grab something small (or big!) at the parks, but if you prefer, grab something quick at CB instead!

I don't know the answer to this one. Sorry!

Take the bus. It's not like WDW where the bus can be an ordeal (imho.) The buses run constantly and it's a 5 minute ride at the most. Yes, you can order from the kid menu. Unless something has changed in the last three weeks.

Thanks all. Just arrived and upgraded from standard room to the one w/ the kitchenette. Across from construction, but so nice to have so much room. :teeth:

One more question? If it is early entry for IOA all week, is it best to go there for most of the day or head over to to US ASAP? I think we could take the train there? Which park would probably be the busiest w/ this.

I can't help you there, we bounce around between the parks frequently, and just do whatever we feel like doing. If it seems too crowded somewhere, we move on :)
