If you are booking ADR's and you're staying off propert, no DDP, no reservation number, it goes on your credit card right?

Also, do they charge the card right away, or do they just take it for a reservation number and then charge it later, like at the 45 day mark?

Also if you put the ADR on your credit card and part or all of your party has to cancel the meal, do you get your money back?

Only a few restaurants take a credit card ... CRT, California Grille are two that I know of. Anyone can make an ADR 180 days out whether staying on property or not.

If you book the Fantasmic Dinner Package they ask for a CC and only charge it if you don't cancel within 24 hours. Then I think they charge $10/person.

Very few restaurants will need a credit card immediately. Princess breakfasts, Chef Mickey's, the dinner shows, Victoria and Albert's and a few others. For all the rest, you just call and make the reservation. You do NOT need to be staying onsite, you do NOT need a dining plan, you do NOT need a reservation number.
