Quick question!

I have been doing My Points for a couple of years now, and I know that sometimes you get a CONGRATULATIONS...and how many points you just earned, and sometimes you don't.

My question is on the recent Reflect.com items - I have ordered from them before and received my points. I just placed another order, following the links from My Points, and never got a notification that I will receive my points within 15 days - or that I earned points period. I only ordered from Reflect.com once before, a year ago, and loved the product, so I wanted to take advantage of the offer - but can't remember if this is one of those offers that doesn't really say you got your points- they just show up in your account.

Has anyone ordered from them lately, and did you get your points?

If I don't get them, I do have an order number I can give to My Points, but I have never had to do that before in the past.

I have never ordered at Reflect.com but I do know that not all purchases that you make at MyPoints end with a link to points or even a Congratulations!

I believe that they have 20 business days to credit your account for your purchase. Make sure that you save the confirmation email so that you can forward it to MyPoints if they do not credit you.

I've had to write them often to get credit for purchases. They have always been quick to respond and I have never had a problem getting credit as long as I have the confirmation email from the merchant.
