Quick question.

Hello from Disney World. I somehow managed to get my uncle-in-law into pin tradeing. He picked up a pin and is trying to figuer out if it's an error pin or not. The original looks like this. http://www.pinpics.com/cgi-bin/pin.cgi?pin=9115&sid=1441.1166482689.v2 The one that he has doesn't have the purple strip across the hand that's stuck out. Is this or is this not an error pin? Thanks in advance for the help.
