Quick Question Re: Ticket Promotion

I heard something about a promotion that if you bought a Base Ticket, you got an upgrade for the Water Parks + Hopping for free. Was it both upgrades for free, or just one or the other, and is it still available? Was there any "must use before" date or expiry? Is it available for the non-expiry tickets as well?

Guess it was more than one "quick" question!
