Quick question re: Magic Bands & Online check in

So I booked two rooms at CBR and we are @ 30 days out from trip. Which means Magic bands are being shipped tomorrow! I did online check in for one room (mine & DH) but left the other for my niece to check in so she could input her CC info for charges to their room. But she hasn't done it yet. Don't the bands need to be linked to a PIN number? In other words, since she hasn't put in a CC # or PIN #, their bands won't have charging privileges and she'll have to go the check in desk when they arrive to get everything set up?

She can add credit card info online now or even closer to check-in. The credit card info is not in the magic band. She can choose to add credit card at check-in at hotel as well and it will work with her magic band. If she did not customize her magic band she will get one upon check-in.
