Quick question about the recording for Cindy's?

I'm not sure if I'm reading the previous board regarding getting ressies for Cindy's. I called the number today just to try and it would not connect me when I pressed 1. It just kept talking until it got to Victoria and Alberts. Do I have to wait till they say their whole speak before I can get two quick presses of the number 1 key. I'm very nervous here Thanks for the advanced help

I haven't called since last year and it seems to continously change but I believe once you hear "For Victoria and Alberts" that is when you quickly press 1. ANyone else know for sure?
