It depends on the crowd levels. I think you will find at busy times (park openings and closings, etc) each AS resort has their own bus. Quieter times they may share. We have stayed at the All Stars a few times and have never found it to be a problem.
The MK has separate buses for each All-Star at all times. For the other parks, there are separate buses from about 1 hour before to 2 hours after park a.m. opening time, and usually shared buses the rest of the time.
We were there early December '08 and the AS buses were shared. It wasn't very enjoyable - and we were at Movies, which is the last of the three. Luckily we had a rental car for several of the days, but we did have to use them 3-4x.
Epcot has separate stops for each All Star and each Port Orleans but I have not seen the stop signage configured for separate buses. But at park closingmore than one bus would load at the same time, one behind another or even one beside another.
For several years, Magic Kingdom had signage changed at park closing for separate All Star buses.
We stayed at AsSp last year and we are there in 3 days!! When waiting for the bus at the hotel we always had our own except once!! The way back from a park it was shared and crowded but not awful.. Thats why we love Sports cause its the first stop on the way back!!!

I'm not sure if this is what you are saying in your post or not, its a little confusing. But Epcot has 3 seperate bus stops next to each other for the 3 All Stars, when you leave Epcot and go into the bus area keep walking straight, its all the way at the end (I am thinking 13,14,15 but could be way off). There are 3 seperate lines that they use at Park closing and EMH hours closing and during peak times often in the PM to seperate the busses and give each resort an individual bus. The rest of the day they will close off lines 14 & 15 and flip around the sign for 13 and it will just say All Stars Resorts. Make sense?
At closing Port Orleans just has the one stall and they line up next to each other and you filter into the correct bus.
This is as of Feb, we stayed at All Stars then and paid close attention to Port Orleans bus stops as that is where we are staying next month.
AK and DHS you are all lumped into one que and it can be a long wait for a bus. DHS is the worst b/c at least at AK its a quick trip to the resort for drop off and they get right back with you. My best piece of advice at DHS would be take your time exiting and shop b/c you will be waiting outside anyway for a bus. If it is a F! night wait until the theater mostly clears before slowly making your way out, if you are not seeing F! make sure you are out of there when the show starrs, no later than 10 minutes in to get on a bus and off to your resort.
