Quick Question About Extending Stay

OK I am not sure what the answer may be but here is the situation....
I am extending our stay by coming in 3 days early ( airfare is way cheaper) but there is no more room at the inn. I have reserved 3 night at Port Orleans Riverside for the 3-6th of July ( this is the part i extended) then we are going to AKVC for 6-11th w/ ddp. I wanted to add DDP to the first part of the trip but AAA said I would have to add a 1 day base ticket. I am looking to get season passes for us but wasnt sure if I paid for base ticket if i could apply that to the season pass. Any who knows please let me know as we would like to get this all buttoned up before we go. Thanks in advance

Yes, you can apply the 1 day ticket to the cost of a DVC-discounted annual pass. 1 ticket per AP.

Good thing you are doing the cash portion of your stay first. You can't get the 1 day ticket until you check in, so if the cash 3 night stay were after the DVC stay, you wouldn't have the 1 day ticket to apply to the DVC pass. (I assume you will be using the AP as soon as you arrive, of course).

You have to do this transaction in person on site (at any Guest Relations location), so don't order a voucher ahead of time or you won't be able to do the credit.
