Quick q about split stay and dining plan

If you are in the same resort, same size villa, same booking category, it will be considered one stay and you must buy the dining plan for the entire stay. Members were doing in a few years ago when they were first able to add the dining plan. Finally, DVC got tired of all the changes and they said you had to change resorts or room size or room type, that is, physically move to another location to get the dining plan for part of the stay but not the other.

Since you are moving to a different location, you can get the dining plan or a different plan for the second location. But your credits may expire when you check out of the first resort. Check with the front desk about that.

As noted, yes, you could also do different groups or different Plans or both in this situation you chose.
