WARNING: This is going to come out weird. It's late and I don't quite know how to say what I want to say.
I loved your shots---thank you so much for sharing. I live about an hour outside of NYC and I hate it with a passion. I don't like crowds, I don't like sharing the bathroom with homeless people bathing in the sink of the train station, I don't like New Yorkers (c'mon, I'm from New Jersey---I can't like them, it's like a law!!
).
All of that being said, your pictures allowed me to sit back and enjoy everything great that NYC has to offer without actually having to deal with all of the things I hate. I feel like I can never appreciate how truly amazing Manhattan is, because I focus on all of the horrible stuff mentioned above. Toys R' Us is an awesome toy store and every time I have walked in it has just been torture. I honestly never even noticed a three story ferris wheel in the store because I've been too hot and grumpy from the wall to wall people and everyone bumping into me.
So I know this was a very round-about way of complimenting you, but I really did love the pics. Seeing them actually makes me want to take a trip into the city.....
.......................luckily, I know better.

You have to forgive the crowds a little at Toys R Us - it is in Times Square after all, not the place for anyone to go if they want peace and quiet! That being said, I actually was not all that impressed with it. I'm not sure what I expected but it seemed a bit "warehouse"-y and not that big - I seem to remember FAO Schwartz being quite a bit bigger, but as I said, I didn't get in there this trip.

With yours, I assumed that it was "Anne" and for some reason, you spelled it with three "n"s and I had no idea about the rest, maybe an unusual last name... I usually don't try to hard to figure out usernames, there are so many that are practically random anyway.
