Stayed in the Santa Fe. Ok, no luxury, showers good, beds comfy, rooms small and far away from the "hotel" - not in the same building. Breakfast ok, basic but possible to stock up on a few rolls for lunch/snacks.

Buffalo Bills really bad. The kids enjoyed the show (I didn't), for 2 adults and 2 children it was e160 on top of dinner vouchers. The food was inedible. Potatoes covered in oil and steamed. Half a chicken covered in oil and steamed. Stale bread. A half ladle full of chilli - adults only - the kids had to watch us eat it, or as most would do, pass it on to the kids. Really, really bad food. Be aware also that they ask you to arrive an hour before the show (no need whatsoever). As the tickets say drinks are included, most people assumed they were before the show - they are not - I saw alot of people order, then refuse the drinks when asked to pay. Very disappointing.

Annettes - excellent. Great value with vouchers.

Plaza Gardens - excellent.

Rainforest Cafe - e22 for a CHICKEN BURGER!! My first night, I was green!

I was wondering about the show, a bit tempted, but I thought about the dust raised by the horses etc. during the show... does it end up on the dishes? Anyway, I decided not to go for this show.
Not serving the drinks before the show while making people wait for an hour ... no comments...

I was considering BBWWS, I don't like the idea of arriving a hour before hand but ive heard that during that hour there will be character meet and greets beforehand when Mickey joins the show.

We turned up 15 mins before the show started and sat down straight away and was given drinks immediately, No dust goes on your plate, it isnt actually that dusty think they just cover themselves about the asthma bit. I didnt like the food much either as it was greasy and also on the bone meat, but the apple crumble was nice lol,

Have been to BBWWS twice now, first time we arrived 5 mins before they started letting people into the arena - not a problem. The last time we arrived half an hour early, so this time we actually got to see the downstairs bar area, they had 'entertainment' on for about 15 mins - a 3 piece band and then a girl doing hoop twirling (or something) - to be honest it was quite warm in the bar area and I'd have rather got there later.

Never had a problem with dust getting in the food. To be honest it wasn't as dusty as I expected, I think they have to point it out to cover themselves etc. I get a 'tickly cough' when I go to the stables with my sister but never suffered this at BBWWS.

I agree the food isn't brilliant, but I went knowing that it wasn't really stuff I eat anyway so wasn't expecting to eat much....the kids tucked into theirs tho' lol. I do think tho' that the quality of the food we had on our first visit 2 years ago was better than this January.

It's certainly cheaper to book before you go, cost us £192 for 4 adults and 2 kids - that was the price in the Disney brochure and booked with the rest of the package.
