QUICK - NEED HELP - Which stores price match?

I found a TV at Best Buy for a great price, but they are OUT everywhere. The guy called around everywhere in the area and no luck.

Do any stores price match?

I just checked online and Circuit City has the same TV for $150 more.

Can you tell me what stores will price match Best Buy's price?

Circuit City, Walmart, Target, etc......

Our Wal-mart and our Circuit city both do as long as you have the ad and it's the same exact thing. I live in NC.

Most retailers will price match within certain guidelines. Normally it cannot be a special one time offer type deal or limited quantity/on hand offer, the store must be located within your city, and must be from a brick & mortar (not online) store. If you have a copy of the ad, take it with you to help speed things up Several places such as Sears (offers an additional 10%) also offer an additional percentage off over the competitors sale prices!

Our local Circuit City B&M price matched a 26" Toshiba HDTV for us that was priced $80 lower at BestBuy.com, but most stores do require it be a B&M competitor. I've also price matched at Sears, although the 10% of the difference isn't usually much (a $50 price difference gets you just $5 more); Sears also will do a price adjustment within a certain amount of time if the price later goes down, which is nice. However, I think most price match policies require the item to be in stock at the competitor, so you should hope for a lazy clerk if you're trying to price match an out-of-stock item elsewhere.

Unfortunatelty, the TV is out of stock everywhere.

Nope, tried that. I guess it was a Sharp promotion, not a Best Buy promotion. Good idea though.
