Quick! Letters to Juliet or Just Wright? Going tonight!

DM and I have had a stressful day (don't even ask), and just want to see a light mindless romance/comedy/chickflick. Opinions? We don't expect rocket science, just escapism!

I saw Letters to Juliet with my 15yr old daughter and we both thought it was a good movie. I loved the scenery, it was so beautiful.

DD saw both....liked Letters to juliet best. She keeps saying how cute it was.
I have only seen Just Wright and it was just okay to me.

I took my DDs to see Letters to Juilet this past weekend and we all loved it. It is certainly light mindless fare, but it's an enjoyable film, the scenery is gorgeous, and I did enjoy the story.

The fact that it could almost be rated G was a nice bonus, IMHO.

I saw both and hands down liked Letters to Juliet much more.

My DD, myself and my mother all saw LTJ and we each enjoyed it. A love story for young & old alike. DD can't wait for the DVD.

Saw Just Wright last night and it was predictable and just okay.

We saw LTJ and both enjoyed it very much (could have taken my DGM, too, it was that clean and "old fashioned"). I liked the leisurely pacing, gorgeous scenery, and everything else. My DM kept thinking they would break into song, since the girl was in Mamma Mia and the Italian scenery/Greek scenery were both equally beautiful! My only quibble was how they fit all those beautiful linen outfits and shoe changes in one small suitcase each.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely put it on my "to buy" list for when it comes out on DVD!
