Do you just sign up for the card on the Landry’s website before calling yak and yeti to reserve?

I don't think you need Landry's Select to make a reservation directly through the restaurant.

A few years ago I wasn't allowed to stack welcome and birthday reward.

I wasn't using any bonus, choice of AP discount or earning Landry points

I was curious if you or anyone else knew - is there a way to choose which reward you want to use? For instance, I'm going to WDW in September (my birthday month) and since it expires, it would be great to use that and save the welcome reward for when I return in January with the kids.

Nevermind - found the answer on their FAQ. Sorry about that!
