Quick kids dining question

Not on DDP, can my older kids order off the kids menu at a TS that is not buffet if we are paying OOP?

As others have said, yes, but I'll add that you should know that Disney's kid's meal portions are really small now at most places. From what I can see they've really shrunk recently. I know that Le Cellier's kid's meal steak used to be plenty of food for my pre-teen and early-teen boys but when we were there in July the steak was tiny. So, while Disney will allow you to order from kid's menu for older children, I'd say they've shrunk the portion sizes to discourage this.
