Quick (hopefully) request

My DD's field hockey team has 6 variations of Kate names. They decided last night they want to be Kate 1, Kate 2, etc for Halloween. I've tried to find an editable template of Thing 1 & 2 with no luck. Would someone be able to create Kate 1 thru Kate 6 and a Kate wannabe design? Thank you!!!!!

Oh goodness, Mel!!!!! I love them all! I have my favorite, but I have to wait for my DD to decide.
