Quick CP Package question

I have heard others say that you can book this online, so why then is there no "make a reservation" tab for it on the reservation page?

Does it not appear until your 90-day window arrives or must you do it by phone?

i have been told by a CM that it can be reserved online and it is a 90 day event. the CM said a tab will come up asking if it is for CP. anybody experience this???? maybe i will just call......again!
