Quick CBR Bus Question

I have a family member who sometimes would prefer taking a bus instead of the Skyliner to Epcot and DHS. We do not want to go to the bus stop and find out it is not available. Where would we find info when at the resort if a bus is running that day to those parks and the times?

If they're running (and they probably won't be), it will be extremely infrequent... like one bus every hour, at best.

We were there in September and there was not a bus that we ever saw going to Epcot or HS. On the monitors in the bus stops, it said to take the Skyliner.
