Quick Borrowing Question

I have a question for all you DVC experts! Here is the scenario, say your use year is September and you have used all your 2003 points, can you make a reservation for November 2003 using borrowed 2004 points now, or would you have to wait until September 1?? I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance

You could make that reservation right now.

Once you borrow the 2004 points, they take on the same attributes as if they were 2003 points.

So you could, under that scenario, book a reservation as far out as next July at your home resort.

Points are only borrowed when you make a reservation. So you only borrow exactly as many points as needed to fill a specific reservation.
