You guys have always been so good to me and I just found a really good casserole that I thought I would share.

Spaghetti Beef Casserole

7 or 8 oz spaghetti
4 strips bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp salt
1 (10oz) can tomato soup
1 (10oz) can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
grated cheese

Cook spaghetti until tender. Set aside. Dice and fry the bacon then add onion and fry until transparent. Add meat and cook until eat begins to color. Drain spaghetti well and add meat mixture, salt, soups and water. Taste for seasonings. Spread in a greased 2 qt casserole or bake dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for about one hour.

You'd probably need a little extra oil/fat for the onion. If I was doing this I'd brown the hamburger and drain it, then fry the onion and go from there - but maybe you need that fat to make the casserole work properly?
