Queston about FL toll roads and rental car?

I know this should be obvious, but I just want to make sure. If we go through the toll lanes and pay cash, we don't have to worry about any automatic SunPass charges to our rental car, right? And as long as we don't go through any unattended, unmanned toll booths, we should be fine.

We usually drive our own car and have a SunPass mini so it's not something we've had to think about before. When I made the reservation for our car at Alamo I saw the SunPass information and I don't want to be charged for the week when the only time we'll be on the toll road is to and from the airport.

Yes, you should be fine. I'd ask for a receipt just in case though.

Our last trip we juct took a roll of quarters and paid at the automated cash lanes. Taking the southern route out of the airport.

Alamo you only pay for days you actually use it not entire reservation. It's $3.95/day + toll.

Depending on where you are going make sure you have a lot of quarters. I drove into Orlando for an event while I was down in June and one of the unmanned toll booths required exact change. I didn't have it so I had to just go through.
