That has a lot of information in it.

Also, there are lots of knowledgeable people on this forum who are always happy to answer any of your questions.

Go for it Bambi! Be ready to do it if it looks good - no doubt they'll have a nice incentive offer. They do also have a longer money-back period (I think 15 days) than most real estate transactions.
