Can someone tell me which Super Target is closest to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores? Also, how much would is cost for a taxi to go from LBV outlet stores to the SuperTarget? How far are the LBV outlet stores from the DW hotels?

Sorry about the many questions, but we've never been shopping in Orlando so I am totally cluesless

Safetymom - thank you so much for that info!!! I really appreciate it. Do you know how much the taxi fee would be approximately from LBV outlet stores to the Super Target.

I'm asking because a car company I called said it would be $65 from LBV Outlet stores to Super Target - then Super Target back to Port Orleans.

I'm just wondering if it would be cheaper with a cab?

I would hope it would be less than that. It is $50 from the airport to a resort one way so you aren't going that far.

Have you looked into renting a car for the day?

Safetymom - thanks for replying! We actually live in the Bahamas and do not drive in the States while on vacation so renting a car is not an option for us. My biggest concern about getting a taxi is that we will be travelling with our 2 year old DD and we will not be bringing a carseat with us. I'm just unsure about using a carseat in taxis or even if taxis have carseats available.

where exactly are you staying?

mears shuttle/cars will take where ever you want to go - for a price.

going offsite at WDW is not cheap unless you have your own car.

I think the taxis cab rate is $3 or $2.50 per mile plus the basic rate.

there are taxis cabs in orlando - that will try to rip you off - so be careful!!!

The Super Target is not that far from the LBV Outlet. Maybe as little as 5-7 minutes if traffic is light. There is a Super Walmart closer, only a mile or two down the road from LBV Outlet. The Super Target down there is really, really nice.
