Questions when calling for PS

My family and I are going to Disney in May so I am practicing my calling for CRT. I have tried the past two days and was surprised when I was asked 3-4 questions before I was put in the queue for a CM. They ask if you are making a reservation for anything other than V&A press 1. Then they ask if this is a reservation for the coming week press 1 or later press 2. Then they ask if you have been to Disney before press 1. Then they ask if you have been since 1998 or in the past two years press 1. My questions is: What is up with all these questions? Has anyone else gotten these? How do you get past them quickly enough to get a reservation? I did find that if you answer the 3rd question as you have never been to Disney before you get past the 4th questions and put in the queue. But I am worried about how this will effect how long it takes to queue. Has anyone else seen this? I used the 407-939-3463 number.

yes, i have had that question thing the last several times i have called. by now, i know what button to push to get to the next one. i don't think there is really a way to bypass the questions. good luck!

Look at it this way...everyone else is having to answer the same questions you are, so the odds are still even. Good luck!
