Questions to ask at planning session

We have our planning session on Sept. 17 (yay!) and I wondered what some IMPORTANT questions to ask were. Can you think of some that you should have asked or are really glad that you did?

I'm afraid we'll get back to Iowa and say "darn, I wish we would have asked that".

I can only think of one right now:

If you are renting linens, ask about steaming them so you wont have creases in your photos.

Thought of another. If you have older guests who may have difficulty getting around, you may want to ask about having wheelchairs present at the ceremony, reception, etc.

If you haven't had a chance to visit your locations maybe ask to do a "site visit" of your locations.
And a menu tasting.
