questions regarding the 4th

Had planned to do MK on July 4. After reading some posts about crowds and park closing early, wondering if I should do it on another day. Would Blizzard Beach or Typhoon or (ah-hem) Wet N Wild be a better choice for the 4th! Could also hang out at the hotel pool and shop.

I would avoid Epcot on the 4th, personally. Lots of DISers love being there on the holiday, though. It's a personal choice. Heavy crowds make me feel claustrophobic so I would avoid it.

We did MK on the 4th July last year and although it was packed I wouldn't have missed it.

I did EPCOT on 4th of July last year and enjoyed every minute of it. It was busy but not hectic and the people were "extra" nice that day. The entertainment was great!
