We have approx $850 in SW credits right now that expire in October. Can someone explain how the SW credit extension works...I think I can't ask until the credits expire, correct? Is it a guarantee they will extend them for you? For how long? Is it $50 pp or $50 per confirmation code #? (We have 4 travelers, but I think 3 confirmation codes with credits). Do we have to pay the extension fee when we ask for the extension or do they just deduct the amount from the available funds?
I thought I read that SW was changing their rules so that only the people on the original tickets could use the credits -- is that true? I'm thinking about giving the credits to my parents.
