Questions on restaurants within the parks, hotels & citywalk

Was wondering if when ordering soda, will you get free re-fills and can adults order off the kids menu? If so, does this apply to all the restaurants or only some. Some restaurants we're going to are Tchoup chop, Margaritaville, Pastamore, Lombard's Landing, Nascar cafe, Islands, Mythos etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Also wanted to add that we made ressies for those restaurants and wanted to know if there is any kind of penalty for not showing up-plans can change you know!! Sometimes you get charged reguardless if you show up or not. Can't remember if I gave them any kind of ID so I guess they wouldn't know who I was anyway.

Mythos does give free refills. They actually put a pitcher of pink lemonade and one of coke on our table! I believe that Hard Rock Cafe does as well. I don't think that they charge if you miss your reservation. They just fill it with someone else.

You can order from the kid's menu. The apple jack chicken fingers are the best!

They don't have apple jacks chicken fingers right now. They have some coloured dot coating now.
